1.Who handles the data

The site gleecode.ru belongs to the Gleecode studio. The controller of the personal data you leave in the request form is Anna Grechkina (Russia), taxpayer ID (INN) 263511751091. For any question about this data write to agr22@mail.ru or call +7 919 740-39-99.

2.What you leave

Only what you type into the form yourself:

• your name — optional, the field can be left empty;
• how to reach you — Telegram, email or phone, your choice;
• your message — what you wrote about your project.

We collect nothing quietly: the site carries no visitor counters, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics. The site itself uses cookies only to remember the language you chose.

If you open the call booking (“Let’s have a coffee”), Google Calendar loads inside the window: it sets its own cookies, and the name and email you enter when booking go to Google under its own terms. Booking is optional — you can write via the form or on Telegram instead.

With every request the server sees your IP address: it is needed to stop mass form submissions and may end up in the server’s service logs. We do not link it to your request.

If you solve the puzzle in the “About” section, your browser remembers it until the tab is closed, and a discount note is added to your request.

3.Why we need it

To reply to you and discuss the work. Nothing else: we run no mailing lists, build no advertising audiences and create no profiles.

4.Where it goes

The request reaches us as a Telegram message and stays in that conversation. The site itself stores nothing: it has no database of requests. Telegram’s own terms apply to the delivery.

We do not pass your contacts to third parties and do not sell them. The only exception is a requirement of the law.

5.How long we keep it

While we are discussing your project and for a reasonable time afterwards, so that we can pick the conversation back up if you write again. If the work never starts, we delete the conversation within a year.

6.Your rights

You can ask what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it or to delete it. Write to agr22@mail.ru and we will answer and do it. No special forms or explanations are required.

7.Changes

If we ever start collecting something else — analytics, for example — we will update this page and the date at the top first, and only then switch the collection on.
