Cat’s House — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game "Cat's House" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") distributed through Google Play and the App Store.

Effective Date: August 30, 2026
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
Data Controller: Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Gurchinskii

1.Data Controller

The data controller responsible for the Application is Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Gurchinskii, registered in Georgia.

  • Identification Number: 306565062
  • Legal Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Samgori district, police lane I N5, floor 2, N4a
  • Contact Email: info@gleecode.ru

2.What Data Is Processed

The game itself collects no information about you. We do not require, support, or use user accounts, profiles, or cloud registrations. We do not request or store your name, email address, phone number, age, or precise location. Your game progress and settings stay on your device (Section 3).

However, the Application displays advertising, and Google's advertising libraries collect data about your device. We neither receive this data nor have access to it — it goes directly to Google. The following is collected and transmitted:

  • the device advertising identifier (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), App Set ID, and account-related identifiers;
  • your IP address, from which an approximate location (country, region, city) is derived;
  • information about your interaction with the Application — for example, that an ad was shown or tapped;
  • diagnostic data about the Application and the device.

This data is used to serve advertising, including personalized advertising, for analytics, and for fraud prevention. Google acts as an independent controller of this data, and its processing is governed by Google's privacy policy (Section 4).

The advertising reports available to us contain only aggregated statistics — the number of impressions, the number of clicks, and the revenue amount. They identify neither an individual user nor an individual device.

3.Local Data Storage Only

Your game progress and Application settings are stored exclusively in the local memory of your mobile device. We do not upload this data to remote servers and have no access to it.

When you delete the Application from your device, the locally stored game data is deleted with it. A copy of this data may remain in your device backup (for example, in iCloud) if you enabled backups yourself. Such copies are under your control, and we have no access to them.

4.Advertising, Third-Party SDKs, and Consent

The Application uses the Google AdMob advertising network. For this purpose it includes two Google libraries:

  • Google Mobile Ads SDK (ads-mobile-sdk) — displaying advertisements;
  • User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK — requesting your consent to data processing for advertising purposes.

The Application contains no other third-party libraries, software platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or external analytics services.

There is exactly one ad format: a banner at the bottom of the screen. The Application contains no interstitial ads, no video ads, and no rewarded ads.

The advertising is personalized. This means Google may select advertisements based on your interests, determined in part through your device advertising identifier.

Consent. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Application will present a consent form before displaying advertising. No advertising is shown until you respond. Once given, your answer can be changed at any time through the "Ad settings" item in the Application's settings menu (Section 6).

Privacy Sandbox technologies. Google's advertising libraries use Android Privacy Sandbox mechanisms: determining which advertisement led to an installation, and the Topics API — on-device inference of approximate interest categories. These mechanisms are implemented by the operating system and by Google; we do not control them.

How Google processes this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

5.Age Rating and Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to younger children. The corresponding target age group is declared in the app store. The Application is not a family-oriented application and does not participate in programs for child audiences.

We do not request or verify your age and do not collect age information about users.

Personalized advertising is not intended for children. If you believe the Application is being used by a child under 13 (or under the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), please restrict access to the Application or remove it from the device.

The data processing by advertising libraries described in Sections 2 and 4 falls within the scope of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the relevant regions; its legal basis is your consent, requested as described in Section 4.

6.Your Rights and Choices

Local data. You delete your game progress and settings yourself by removing the Application from your device.

Advertising identifier. You can reset or delete it in your device settings: on Android, "Settings → Google → Ads"; on iOS, "Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking" and "Apple Advertising". After a reset, advertising no longer relies on the previous history.

Advertising consent. If a consent form was shown to you, you can change or withdraw your answer at any time through the "Ad settings" item in the Application's settings menu. The item is displayed only to users who were shown the form.

Data collected by Google. Because this data is processed by Google as an independent controller, requests to access, correct, or delete it should be directed to Google as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at info@gleecode.ru.

7.Data Collected by App Stores

Google Play and the App Store are services independent of us. When you download, install, or update the Application, and when crash reports are sent automatically, they may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies: Google, Apple. We have no influence over this and no access to such data, apart from the aggregated statistics that the store shows to the developer in its console.

8.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if new features appear in the Application. The current version is always available at this address, and the dates at the top of the document show when it was last changed. We will announce significant changes in the release notes of the corresponding Application update in the app store.
